Best Tribute on Newgrounds

That was the best 9-11 Tribute I have seen on Newgrounds. I really liked the idea of showing actual footage. Also, your selection for music was an excellent one. What is the music you chose called?

Solution to the 1st level. Perhaps this will help some of you get the idea behind this:

Good idea, but...

if you set the tax to zero, you get infinite population, and is soon followed by infinite money. This allowed me to beat hard mode in under one minute. While I like the concept of the game, the coding is not the best.

5/10 for trying though.
